LHI was created to provide job oppurtunities to first nations peoples in the field of vegetation management. The management and logging skills from its partners combined with the business and cultural perspective from its founder George Lacert brings together the elements for a sound business approach. This creates stable and fulfilling careers in fields of forestry and vegetation management and maintenance. TDB partners with LHI on various project in need of vegetation management and maintenance skills.
The Northern Interior Mining Group believes north central BC can be the regional goods and service hub to support and increase manufacturing, fabrication and services related to mining. The NIMG works cooperatively to access new markets, boost profiles and awareness of regional services, and advocate for business related issues.
